High-quality enlarger timer in CNC milled metal housing.
This darkroom timer is an F-Stop timer. This means that the exposure time is not changed in second increments (1, 2, 3, 4 sec.) but in aperture increments (1, 2, 4, 8 sec.). The exposure time can be changed in 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 or 1/12 aperture increments.
In addition to the option of controlling exposure in f-stops, the device also has a function for easily creating test strips. In test strip mode, a test strip with 7 segments (-3 to +3) can be automatically generated. Here, too, the distance between the segments can be selected between 1/2 and 1/12 f-stops. While the test strip is being produced, an LED bar conveniently shows the current position of the image.
Key Features
- The exposure times can be set in 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 and 1/12 f-stops.
- Adjustable exposure times up to 999 seconds
- Two test strip modes are selectable:
Variant 1: Subsequent exposure steps in 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 and 1/12 f-stops are added to an adjustable base time,
or variant 2: “Single mode” with up to 7 individual test exposures, each of which always uses the newly calculated full exposure time.
- The display brightness can be adjusted to 15 levels brighter or darker
- The red light is connected directly to the timer. This allows the red light to be switched off automatically during the exposure time and also to be switched off at any time using a toggle switch, e.g. to improve visibility when focusing.
- Optionally, a foot switch can be connected (available in a set with the timer).
