If you are not satisfied with an ordered item or it does not suit your purposes, you can cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the goods and return it to us.

The cost of the return corresponds to the shipping costs you paid when ordering.

After receiving the return, the purchase amount you paid will be refunded, minus the return shipping costs.
When making the refund, we will use the same payment method you used at the time of your order.

To do so, send us an email to info@editionargentum.de stating your order or invoice number or use the form in our cancellation policy .

We will then send you a return slip by email.
